The project is located in Grønland / Oslo, almost a whole block between Urtegata, Norbygata, and Nylandsveien. It is a mixed housing, office and commercial building of approximately 40 000 m2 in total. The office/commercial part will pose about 55%, and housing about 45% distributed over two blocks. (Approx. 190 apartments)
The concept is to complete the quarter structure and to finalize the city wall towards the Aker river. The project facilitates a setback structure to maintain qualities such as good lighting conditions, roof gardens, and distribution of apartments.
