Stein Halvorsen Arkitekter AS won in 2018 the project of developing the largest housing complex in Tromsø. The complex will be situated by the waters, which again will give the residents the best view. The apartments are constructed with big windows and balconies. Balconies that stretch towards the surrounding nature, overlooking the majestic mountains and rough waters.
