The apartment building is situated in the middle of downtown Stavanger, with 132 apartments, business, and parking. The complex consists of 4 buildings around an inner court shaped as a foot-print. The project offers a modern type of living in a traditional environment. The architectonic concept is given by the city structure as well as the inner court.
