Bøleråsen apartment complex is situated above the local shopping mall. To develop this new project, the old mall had to be demolished. The new shopping mall is constructed using the terrain as inspiration. Because of the sloping land, the new mall is situated partly under the ground. 2-3 stories above the apartments rise towards the sky. The entrance is situated on the segregated ground, on the opposite side of the entrance and parking for the mall. A playground is placed on this level. The residential parking is located under a curving with a grass-covered roof. This is to maintain the green surrounding and create warmer and more friendly surroundings.
