Florø police station appears as a welcoming building despite many of the inward features. The station is located at the top on a hill overlooking the city and sea. Two fan-shaped wings create an inner atrium. A glass bridge is connecting the two wings. The bridge also functions as a roof over the parking area. All public areas are placed close to the building center.
