Prequalified, a collaboration with Wingårdh Arkitektkontor AB. Considered the next best project by the jury. The development for this project is based on Ole Vig’s vision about how knowledge and experiences create a better base for a community. Therefor Stjørdal Cultural Center was thought to be a place to gather for local residents, and visitors. A place to share moments, experiences and knowledge. The center will house the library, a great hall, smaller halls, digital halls, church, youth center, gallery, administration and cultural school. An extension for a hotel was also considered.
